I accept medical aid or EFTs. If you are not on medical aid, it will be your responsibility to pay before the session. Please discuss any financial challenges with me in our session. If I cannot accommodate you, I will provide you with appropriate referrals. 

Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the session if you are not able to attend. This is to allow other individuals the opportunity to use this time. However, if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the session, the full amount will be invoiced. 

After 15 minutes if you have not arrived, without notification the appointment will be cancelled and charged in full. If there is a notification and you would like to continue the session, I will not go over the hour provided for counselling. This is to prevent other sessions from starting late.
